Trained volunteer teams review requests for assistance left on our phone recording system. We then contact each person to determine that they live within the boundaries of the parish. Lastly, we make sure that their need is within the scope of our mission.

      Calls are normally returned within 24 hours.

Home visits are conducted to determine the actual parameters of assistance. Volunteers also can provide financial and spiritual counseling on an as-needed basis.

Basic personal information and data are collected from persons to whom we provide assistance.
